Quarantine Life

Getting up from bed at 5:15 am after snoozing morning alarm quite number of times, working out for an hour or more (my day is incomplete without exercise), keeping in mind I must be there in office on time, getting ready within half an hour. That’s how my day used to begin.

One day I felt like life seems to pause due to this pandemic affected worldwide after our Prime Minister declared complete lock down for twenty-one days. Today our life shortly came to a stagnant point, because for few people they don’t have an option working from home, getting bored using different social media platforms.

I love to utilize this so-called quarantine life…..doing some exercises in the morning at home, doing work from home, attending meetings through Teams doing some other essential works. My passion to start writing blogs, which I thought long time back, could not accomplish. Quarantine life motivated me to accelerate my thoughts.

I always believe the word I-M-P-O-S-S-I-B-L-E itself says it is possible, we humans are very innovative and creative too, then why can’t we start doing certain things which makes us happy and occupied throughout.

Now a days I have time to stand or sit on a couch at my balcony/veranda to look outside on the clam, still and silent roads, I think I have never seen such a beautiful and clear sky in my life, to feel the breeze and listening to the birds chirping outside. I can spend some memorable time with my family, otherwise in our busy life I hardly get time to speak to my Ma (my mother) after a hectic day and feel tired to discuss on something with my family once I reach home.

At times I wonder how we blame this digital world, for elderly people it has negative impact on today’s generation, small kids are also enjoying their life watching you tube.

Honestly speaking we would have forgot to live our life if we could not connect with our family and friends through the digital platform today. Teachers are also using digital platform to impart lessons to the children every day, once we used to condemn the digital world but today, we cannot think our life without it.

Universally we need to distinguish between the positive and negative so that we can balance our life and our future generation should be able to follow the path looking at the brighter side.
